Bom dia alegria.
Good morning everyone!

Hoje é dia de turno com a A. e a sua orientadora, vamos ver como isto corre! Isto de andarmos a saltitar às vezes é complicado, cada profissional tem a sua forma de actuar e nós temos de andar na ordem, mas o facto de poder estar perto da A. deixa-me muito mais feliz. Apesar de estarmos no mesmo hospital/serviço mal nos vemos, ora estamos todas em turnos diferentes, ora cada uma está numa ala e ao almoço/jantar não dá para trocar muitas palavras. Este é o último desafio do curso, apesar de ser duro está a ser uma verdadeira aprendizagem.

Today I'm doing a shift with A. and her nurse, let's see how it goes! It's kind of difficult to jump from one nurse to the other, since everyone has their way of doing things, but we have to suck it up, and just being close to A. makes me happy. Even tough we are all in the same hospital and floor it's very hard to see each other. This is the last challenge before we finish our degree, and even tough it's being hard, we are learning so much!

No meio de pesquisas intensas, procura de terapêutica, ler procedimentos e desesperar pelo pouco tempo que temos para tanta coisa (e pelo que já devíamos saber)...lá se arranja algum tempo para ir ao centro comercial dar uma volta, beber café com os amigos - para não fritar mais a cabeça - e por fim tentar dormir algo considerável.

In the midst of intense researching and studying, and feeling desperate for the little time we have to do everything  we can always find time to go to the mall, have some quality time with our friends and try to sleep the necessary amount of hours!

Adorei-a à primeira vista, é espaçosa e elegante. Uma mala que irá combinar com diversos outfits.

A irmã do R. foi a Londres no fim de semana passado e trouxe consigo um íman com a frase certa para estes próximos meses. Assim que o vi pensei que nada é por acaso.

Smelling good, feeling awesome!

Hello everyone!

Hoje venho mostrar-vos um dos meus novos produtos preferidos: o óleo corporal hidratante de ameixa da linha Nativa Spa do Boticário.

Today I'm talking about my new favorite product: the plum body oil from the Nativa Spa line from the Boticário.

Experimentei-o por acaso, porque a minha mãe recebeu alguns produtos dessa linha no Natal, mas como ela não gosta de usar óleos corporais, guardou para eu experimentá-lo.

I tried it because my mom received some products from this line on Christmas, but since she doesn't like using oils, she left it for me to try!

Uso-o normalmente, depois do banho com o corpo ainda húmido, e deixa a minha pele hidratada e a cheirar TÃO bem! O melhor é que o cheiro fica coladinho ao meu pijama e lençois, é tão apetitoso.

I wear it after the shower, with my body still humid, and it leaves my skin feeling hydrated and smelling DELICIOUS! And the best part is that the smell sticks to my pajamas and sheets, yummi!

Para quem gosta deste tipo de produtos, aconselho, é mesmo óptimo!

For people who enjoy using these types of products, i definitely recommend it!

Absolute Nude

Hello everyone!

Sempre ouvi dizer que quem não tem cão, caça com gato. Então, apesar de cobiçar (e muito!) as Naked Palette da Urban Decay, acabei por comprar algo diferente...

Sometimes you have to make some adjustments to your wishlist, so even tough I'm in love with the Naked Palettes from Urban Decay, I ended up buying something different...

Absolute Nude EYESHADOW PALETTE 010 All Nude

Foi em Berlim que a C. descobriu esta beleza, pela módica quantia de 4,95€, e ambas acabámos por a trazer connosco. Ainda não investiguei se existe em Portugal ou não (alguém sabe?), mas aconselho vivamente, porque permite criar uma grande variedade de looks, desde o mais subtil e natural até a um smokey eye mais arrojado.

As sombras têm boa pigmentação e durabilidade, e se lhe coloco algum defeito é apenas o facto de ter poucas sombras mate.

We were in Berlin when C. spotted this beauty, and we both purchased it for 4,95€. It allows you to create a big range of looks, from the more subtle and natural, to a bold smokey eye. The eyeshadows are very pigmented and last for a long time, and to me their only flaw is the lack of matte eyeshadows.

February Favorites!

Este post era suposto ser bastante diferente, pois estava a pensar fazer um vídeo com os meus favoritos do mês de Fevereiro, até porque explicava bem melhor. Mas os planos saíram-me todos furados, e com o trabalho todo que já se tem decidi deixar o vídeo para o meu próximo post - que vai ser SURPRESA!

This post was supposed to be quite different, because I was thinking about make a video with my February Favorites, and it would be much easier to explain. But the plans came all messed up and with all the work I decided to let the video for the next post - which will be a SURPRISE!

1. Tratamento diário:

1- L'Oreal Pure Zone Anti-Regreasing Moisturiser; 2-NIVEA Cleaning Mousse

L'Oreal Pure Zone Anti-Regreasing Moisturiser

Este creme, podem devem ter visto no nosso primeiro vídeo, comprei-o em Praga porque a minha zona T estava a dar uma de óleo de cozinha e cheia de poros. Fiquei muito contente com ele. Segundo a embalagem, reduz os poros negros e previne o seu reaparecimento e é verdade. Tem uma textura tipo em gel e quando coloco parece que se criou uma camada fresca e meio seca. Utilizo-o à noite, que é quando costumo ter mais oleosidade.

This cream, as you could see in our first video, was bought in Prague because my T-Zone decided to be like as kitchen oil and with huge pores. I was really glad with it. According to the package, it tightens the pores and prevent them to reappear, which is true! It's like a soft gel and when I put it on my face it feels like I have a fresh and kinda dry layer. I wear it on night, because that's when I usually have more oily skin.

Nivea Cleaning Mousse

Estou rendida a esta mousse de limpeza que comprei com a B. É levíssima, cheira bem, não é irritante para a pele, remove-se super rápido sem magoar os olhos e fica uma sensação de fresco e limpo. Acho-a perfeita! Utilizo-a duas vezes ao dia, à noite para remover os resíduos de maquilhagem e as impurezas do ar, e de dia para remover a oleosidade que se criou à noite. 

I'm completely addicted to this cleaning mousse I bought with B. It's ultra light, smells really good, it's not skin irritating at all, and a simple rinse is enough, without even hurting our eyes. It's simply perfect! I wear twice a day - at night to clean all my make-up traces and dirt from air, and at day to remove the oil that installed in my skin.

Garnier BB Cream

Acho que já falámos imenso sobre este produto, mas deixem-me dizer que  o ADORO. Tem sido um milagre autêntico e disfarça as imperfeições inacreditavelmente bem. Aconselho vivamente e podem apenas utilizá-lo e ficam com uma maquilhagem super simples.

I think we already talked too much about this product, but let me say one more time - I LOVE IT! It has been a miracle and disguises all the imperfections (at least for me) incredibly good. I strongly recommend it and you can just wear this and you have a simple and essential make-up.

Catrice Nude Shadow Pallette

Eu e a A. comprámos esta palete de sombras Nude durante a nossa estadia em Berlim, mas não me vou alargar mais porque amanhã fala-se sobre ela. Só para dizer que é um espectáculo!

Me and A. bought this nude eyeshadow pallette during our stay in Berlin. But I'm not going to say much more about that because tomorrow you will hear about it! Just to say it's amazing!

Maybelline Lipstick 422 e 904

Adoro estes batôns da Maybelline, realmente! A cor, a pigmentação, a duração.. Tudo! Foi das melhores compras de sempre (apenas 5€ em Praga contra os 10€ aqui em Portugal) e foram os principiantes na minha colecção de batôns :D Mas infelizmente ainda não os vi cá à venda, mas espero que os haja para que possam experimentar!

I really really love these Maybelline lipstick! The colour, the pigmentation, how long they last.. Everything! It was one of the best shopping ever (just 5€ in Prague, while here in Portugal they cost an average of 10€) and the first ones to come to my lipstick collection :D Unfortunaly I didn't see them here.

Este é completamente diferente do que podem ver na foto. Na imagem abaixo podem ver que é um rosa meio-choque. E fica espectacular!

This one is completely different from the picture. You can see in the image below that is a kind of shock pink. And the way it looks on the lips is amazing!

There are things in life that never come back...

...e o Erasmus e viver em Praga é uma delas!

...and the Erasmus experience and living in Prague is one of them!

Uma semana após o regresso, não posso dizer que tudo esteja a ser perfeito. Na grande maioria do tempo tenho estado bem, calma, a matar as saudades da família, dos amigos, da casa e da comida. Mas não é fácil...não é fácil voltar à casa dos pais depois de viver sozinha, não é facil voltar a uma vila pequena depois de viver numa capital europeia, não é fácil voltar a estar sozinha em casa quando estive três meses acompanhada 24h por dia. Há alturas em que tudo neste país me irrita e as comparações com Praga são sempre inevitáveis. Mas sei que tudo voltará ao normal, e que vou guardar aquela experiência para sempre no meu coração.

One week after coming back to Portugal, I can't say everything has been perfect. Most of the time I'm okay, spending time with my family and friends and enjoying my home and the amazing food I missed so much. But this is far from easy...it's not easy living with your parents again after living alone, coming back to a small town after living in a european capital, being alone when I spent 24h a day with other people. Sometimes everything about this country annoys me and comparing everything with Prague is inevitable. But I know everything will eventually go back to normal, and that I will keep that experience in my heart forever.

Deixo-vos então um pequeno video do nosso último dia em Praga, em que comprámos alguns souvenirs, comemos a nossa sobremesa checa preferida (dumplings com molho de iogurte, menhamii), visitámos a Charles Bridge e a Old Town Square e terminámos o dia num restaurante mexicano com margaritas de maracujá e nachos, para curar a depressão pós-Erasmus!

Here's a small video about our last day in Prague, in which we bought some souvenirs, had our favorite czech dessert (dumplings with hot yogurt sauce), visited the Charles Bridge and the Old Town Square for the last time, and finished the day in a mexican restautante with some passion fruit margaritas and nachos, to help with the post-Erasmus depression!

Friendship

Bom dia alegria!

As 3LL e a nossa amiga Cat, estiveram juntas um bom bocado na noite de quarta - um jantar em  casa da B.  Foi óptimo voltarmos a estar as 4 e partilharmos as histórias/aventuras, que cada uma de nós viveu nestes últimos 3 meses. Foi estranho estarmos tão longe, o contacto ser mínimo quando em Portugal é diário , 30 vezes ao dia. As rotinas começam a voltar, os turnos vão iniciar-se já a partir de hoje à noite, vamos andar numa correria total.

Good morning happy people!

We the 3LL and our friend Cat were together for a long time on Wedneday's evening for a dinner at B.'s house. It was great to be back together and share our adventures and stories we lived for the last 3 months. It was strange for us to be apart for so long, when here we talk every second!
The routine is back for good, the internships is about to start and we are going to get crazy!

AS COMPRAS

Quinta foi dia de compras, depois de uma reunião com a orientadora que nos deixou a pensar em tudo aquilo que temos para fazer, a B. e a C. decidiram dar um pulo ao Centro Comercial e passear pelas lojas na esperança de existirem alguns saldos (inútil - não havia nada para nós, só as coisas bonitas e caras da nova colecção). Mesmo assim, ainda trouxemos algumas prendas para casa e outras ficaram nos cabides das lojas à nossa espera.

Shopping time!

Thursday was shopping day! After a reunion which just left us thinking about aaaaall the work we have to do, B. and C. decided to take a break and go to the mall, see some stores and see if there were some sales left (useless, since we didn't find anything except the gourgeous new collection). Still, we brought some gifts for us, while others stayed in the stores, waiting for us!

Depois da experiência da A. e da C. com o BB Cream da Garnier, que elas tanto adoram, decidi experimentá-lo. A pequena diferença está no tipo de pele a que se refere, enquanto que o delas é para peles  mistas o meu é para as normais, e um tom abaixo. Assim, que a C. colocou o tom mais escuro na minha pele este sobressaiu demasiado, então optámos pelo seguro. Este é dos produtos mais completos que já comprei.

After A.'s and C.'s experience with the BB Cream from Garnier, which they loved, I decided to tried it out. The difference is this one is to normal skin, while theirs is to oily skin, and the skin tone is darker than mine. Once C. tried the dark one on me it looked a little bit "orange"! This colour is definitely safer. This is one of the most complete products I've already bought.

Esta compra foi em conjunto, ambas comprámos o mesmo produto. Depois de um dia com BB Cream, maquilhagem, poeiras e tudo mais não há nada melhor do que chegar à noite e tratar da nossa pele. Assim, depois de alguma pesquisa dos produtos existentes nas prateleiras lá nos decidimos e comprámos a mousse de limpeza da Nivea, para peles normais a mistas. Experimentámos logo nessa noite e foi uma maravilha, a pele super suave e cheirosa. Vamos ver como corre daqui para a frente.

Me and C. both bought this product. After the whole day with make-up, dust and other dirty, nothing better than get to the night and clean our skin. This way, after a little research of the products around, we decided to buy this cleaning mousse from Nivea, to normal/mix skin. We tried it on right away and it was amazing! Our skin was super smooth and smelling really good. Let's see how this works from now on.

My wallet was definitely in need for a retirement. So, in a brief stop-by to Parfois, I found this one super cute and pratical. I really needed a wallet bigger for all the stuff that usually goes around with me.

Este foi um pequeno mimo, sempre gostei destas fitas e decidi trazer comigo uma da H&M. Ontem experimentei-a e adorei o look.

Março - Loucura na Primavera

Buenos dias cariños!

Acabou a calma, entramos em Março em grande - o último Ensino Clínico do curso! A pressão é gigante, o trabalho é imenso e o tempo para fazer tudo será reduzido. Esperemos que este mês e os próximos que se seguem sejam muito nossos amigos mas sem dúvida que vai se a Loucura nesta Primavera.

Resumindo vamos aprender a ter muita calma, lidar com pessoas com cancro não é propriamente tarefa fácil e daremos sem dúvida o nosso melhor. Será um período exigente mas temo-nos umas às outras, o que é óptimo! Aqui vão as nossas imagens do mês...
